The Arbor

The Arbor has been a fixture of downtown Salem since 1991 when it was first operated as a cafe and gift shop. In our current State Street location in the historic 1917 Farrar Building, The Arbor continues to be the perfect place to find local artisan products, wonderful gifts,curated home and garden items, local wine, and olive oil.

La Chouette Vineyard

La Chouette vineyard is located just south of Salem overlooking the Ankeny Bird Refuge. Michelle and Ben Miller have sustainably grown high quality fruit since 2007 and produced Estate Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Rosé, and Chardonnay since 2013.
